The clue is in the name! All We Do Is Source (ADS) is a value-added resource consultancy whose primary mission is taking much of the hassle out of the hiring process by saving time, resources and costs for busy and over-stretched recruitment departments.
At ADS, we have developed a highly effective cross-functional candidate sourcing model saving you time and money and enabling you to fill your positions without having to get bogged down in endless identification and screening processes.

As we all know, the recruitment process can be a long, drawn out and labour-intensive task often accompanied by a high price tag. It can be a full-time job just to identify and screen a sufficient number of profiles to produce an adequate shortlist of candidates to interview. We believe this sourcing element of the recruitment cycle probably accounts for up to 70% of the entire end to end recruitment cycle. If this stage is not completed efficiently then hiring the right person in the desired time scale becomes unlikely, not to mention significantly more expensive.

The key ingredient is a team of highly experienced, focused and professional talent sourcers who are expert at targeting and approaching very large volumes of prospective candidates in a short space of time.
Once we have a recruiting mandate from you, our agile and focused team begin their intensive search. We will typically identify and directly approach somewhere between 100-150 candidate profiles per assignment. We then use our sourcing expertise and experience to interpret the information in each response and CV so that only the most qualified candidates make the ADS short-list thus ensuring only the best CV’s arrive on your desk.


Once this identification and approach work has been completed, normally in 72 hours, the team is able to produce a fast and effective short list of candidates that fulfil your job criteria in a fraction of the time it would normally take to achieve the same result, thereby freeing up your time or that of any recruitment teams to concentrate on other day to day activities and the critical back-end of a hiring process.
We do not engage with candidates other than to provide them with the information you have authorized us to share with them, assess their skills and experience and test their motivation and interest for the role.

Campaign Management

If you are hiring via an advert on your website, a job board or a print publication, ADS will handle the candidate responses, carrying out pre-screening according to role criteria, presenting a short list to the client and handling rejections on your behalf. In effect, we become an extension of your in-house recruiting team.
After we have carried out the short-listing process we will reject those candidates not selected for short list review in a professional and respectful manner. Our aim always is to represent the best interests of our client and ensure that quality is achieved in all aspects of the process.

Strategic Talent Pooling

ADS can help you identify key talent by earmarking the CV profiles of candidates with key skills where there is an on-going demand for your business. We do this by building talent pools and maintaining contact with key individuals so that when they become available we can refer them to you for consideration. This is a ‘no-commitment’ service to our client but with an introduction based on results. By working pro-actively and because we are in the business of candidate search and identification we are very well-placed to intercept top candidates when they become available.
